Public Sector Resourcing Hiring for HR & Recruitment Coordinator (INSIDE IR35) Job at Remote Full Time

This is an exciting, busy and varied role as the post holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of effective recruitment campaigns and internal resourcing activities for a range of business units, along with providing support to our Policy and Rewards team

We are now looking for a Recruitment & HR Coordinator to join the Crown Commercial services for a 6 moth Maternity cover. The role will be based remotely with travel to Liverpool for training but can be based remotely if required

As a Recruitment and HR Coordinator your main responsibilities would be:

• Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns (temp and permanent) for a range of business areas from advert through to offer. On average the post holder will manage 30 campaigns at any given time
• Ensuring all managers are using a consistent approach to recruitment and operating within the parameters of the law
• Supporting managers with their resourcing requirements and advising on the most effective routes to market
• Ensuring that managers adhere to recruitment SLA’s
• Maintaining an effective checking process for all applications i.e. right to work
• Managing the recruitment inbox and answering all candidate and manager recruitment queries quickly and efficiently
• Assisting with document preparation for our annual Civil Service Commission audit
• Ensuring that all relevant recruitment records remain up to date
• Supporting the HR Reward & Policy Team with administrative tasks will include: The benefits dashboard, benefit updates for staff and supporting project and policy work across the team

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• Experience of working in a busy HR environment
• Highly organised and able to pay great attention to detail with a solution focused approach
• Ability to build effective collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• A good team player
