As a HR Adviser, your main responsibilities would be:

• Implementation of HR processes whilst managing employee relations; dealing with disciplinaries and grievances.
• Overseeing of recruitment process, management and distribution of job descriptions.
• Provision of proactive support to HR Business Partner.
• Support Organisation Change programmes from development to delivery.
• Project Management support to HR Business Partner; ability to track, measure and communicate throughout the timeline.

You’ll have relevant experience in:

• HR function within a fast moving, preferably public sector environment.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in verbal and written mediums.
• Time management, organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks with conflicting priorities.
• The ability to be adaptable, resilient and be easily able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

You will also have these Qualifications/Skills:

• CIPD qualified or on the way to achieving this.
