We work with a diverse range of clients and industries to help them achieve their goals and create meaningful impact.Location: Delhi – JhandewalanExperience: 6 months – 1 YearRange : 30,000-35,000 per month.Key Responsibility:Monitor and track public policy, regulatory and legislative developments at central and state levels across relevant sectors.Conduct policy research and support the preparation of policy briefs, background notes, presentations and stakeholder documents.Assist in drafting consultation responses, policy summaries and client-ready reports.Support stakeholder mapping and engagement with government bodies, industry associations, think tanks and other ecosystem stakeholders.Coordinate with internal teams including research, communications and content to support ongoing client mandates and projects.Assist senior team members in policy advocacy initiatives, consultations and strategic engagements.Analyse policy developments and help identify potential implications, opportunities and risks for clients.Support preparation for meetings, roundtables, conferences and policy discussions.Maintain trackers, databases and documentation related to ongoing policy developments and stakeholder interactions.Skills :Educational background in public policy, public administration, economics, law, political science or related fields.Basic understanding of India’s policy-making and regulatory landscape.Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to simplify and present policy-related information in a structured and clear manner.Strong coordination and organisational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
