We are looking for a dedicated Psychology Teacher who is passionate about helping students understand human behavior and mental processes. This full-time position is based at our office in Choto Khejuria mor, Bandel Hooghly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach Psychology: Deliver engaging lessons on various psychology topics to help students grasp complex concepts and theories.
2. Curriculum Development: Assist in creating a comprehensive curriculum tailored to meet the educational needs and interests of students.
3. Assessment and Evaluation: Design and implement assessments to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
4. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages participation and fosters a love for learning.
5. Support Students: Offer guidance and support to students facing academic or personal challenges, promoting their overall well-being.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should hold at least a graduate degree in psychology or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to connect with students effectively. A strong understanding of psychological theories and principles is necessary. The candidate should be patient, adaptable, and open to feedback, displaying a commitment to continuous professional development. Previous teaching experience is welcome but not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with up to two years of experience seeking to make a positive impact in education.
