PSR Solutions Looking for Freelance Site Agent – Civils & Infrastructure at Wakefield, West Yorkshire Full Time

PSR Solutions are working together with a tier one civils infrastructure contractor to hire a Site Agent to work as part of awarded framework projects across the Yorkshire region.

Ideally, the Site Agent will have experience working with either a Water Board client (i.e Yorkshire Water, Severn Trent, United Utilities etc) or the Environment Agency. Candidates will ideally be Yorkshire-based given the nature of projects.

You will be responsible for the completion of projects from enabling works to completion ranging from £1m – 5m in value, maintaining high health and safety standards and excellent client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of site teams including trades, labour and an Engineer etc.
• Resource allocation for projects
• Reporting to contracts/ framework management staff on budget control and programme updates
• Ensure safe site practices are enforced throughout
• Regular client updates and progress reports
• Management of overall construction programme

Skills & Experience

• Previous of experience of working on construction and infrastructure projects with a water board
• Previous experience of working with the Environment Agency.
• Preferably an Engineering background, with civil engineering or building qualifications
• CSCS Card
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• National Water hygiene card
• Excellent man-management and sub-contractor management
• Strong leadership and motivational qualities
• Great time management
• Team Player
