Owing to an internal promotion within our HR team we are looking for someone who is passionate about great customer service delivery, and with an excellent attention to detail to join us as an HR Assistant.
We are currently in the process of moving offices, if you’re applying to work at Horncastle, your temporary workplace will be Manby until the move in January 2023. All other offices are in the same location.
We are a hard working team who are always looking for ways to improve our service and striving for excellence, and this is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team on a fixed term basis.
Typical duties include:
– Carry out pre-employment checks in a timely manner
– Answer first line HR queries from employees and managers
– Raise purchase orders/invoices
– Draft and issue contracts of employment and variation letters
– Update relevant HR systems as applicable
What we need from you:
– Experience of working in a fast paced administrative environment
– Strong Administrative and organisational skills
– Relevant Administration or HR Assistant experience
– Strong ICT skills including Word and Excel
Experience in an HR capacity is of course ideal but if you are interested in exploring a career in HR and have the skills and experience we require then this would be a great opportunity and we would welcome your application.
