We’re seeking an Intern, Real Estate Investments , to partner with key stakeholders and peers to support and engage with our powerful networks of people, opportunities, and investments. Opportunity to work within a dynamic global team, with the London office responsible for coverage across both European and APAC markets. As part of a team of c.15 people, you will have the chance to regularly interact and work with colleagues across all levels on a variety of projects, making a real impact.
As an Intern, Real Estate Investments , you’ll:
Participate and support the analysts and other Real Estate investment team members in active management of PSP Investments’ real estate portfolio
Support analysts and other members of the team in the analysis of potential real estate transactions for PSP’s investments portfolio across sectors (e.g. residential, logistics, office, other)
Participate and support the analysts and other members of the team during the due diligence process
Provide assistance to the analysts with collecting information and updating the real estate department’s database
Provide assistance to the analysts in researching, synthesizing and analyzing data on various real estate markets
Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (Commerce with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics or in Engineering with a minor in finance) or in a postgraduate diploma (Master’s in finance, Accounting, Real Estate, MBA)
High academic achievement
Enrollment in CFA program is an asset
Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy
Effective communications skills, both written and spoken
Attention to detail and rigorous approach to research, analysis and documentation
Eagerness to learn, ideate and innovate
Interest for real estate investments and knowledge of relevant financial modelling is an asset
