Responsibilities:

Finance & Accounting

• Responsible for correctness and adequateness of company books, bank accounts

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, forecasts, and budgets

• Cash planning and budget management

• Deviation analysis (Planned vs. Actual analysis) and proposing corrective actions, in case of substantial deviations

• Liaising with State Tax institutions, local banks, VAT, revenue, and other corporate taxes

• Supervised responsibility for defining the process flow of financial documents

• Supervised responsibility for developing and maintaining country-specific procedures and policies regarding the update of chart of accounts, inventory settlement regulations, and other procedures necessary for the proper functioning of the company

Reporting

• Preparing and reviewing of Group financial reporting for Group Headquarters and Country Management
• Preparing and filing Local financial reports for local authorities including tax (direct and indirect) declarations for the tax authority
• Preparing and assisting with further development of financial analysis and statistics

Communication

• Primary contact person for any financial matters for PSI internally, for customers, vendors, local authorities, external auditors, and F&A at HQ
• Compilation and filing of yearly statutory reports and coordinating with external auditors (when applicable)

Data Management & Administration

• Preparation of inventory database in accordance with local and corporate rules
• Maintenance of the inventory tracking database
• Preparation of inventory monthly and annual reports
• Supervised responsibility for managing company assets in a cost-effective manner, and preparing inventory reports
• Collaboration in Internal Control System implementation
• Participating in F&A projects when required

• Degree in Finance and Accounting
• Very good knowledge of Accounting Principles (local gap) and other tax and legal regulations in the country
• Ability to work independently (Financial Closing, Financial and Tax filings)
• 4-5 years hands-on accounting experience in an international environment
• Awareness of cost plus structure in terms of Transfer Pricing
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Proficient in MS office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
• Ability to plan, multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
• Communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills
