PSC – Power Systems Consultants Hiring for Talent Sourcer at Australia Full Time

We’re growing our team and are seeking a technical sourcer to source for all of APAC recruiting which spans Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and more geographies as we continue to grow. We have strong growth goals so you can contribute globally to this team and take on our other regions in Europe and North America as well. 

Because you are an expert in all things sourcing you will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, social media to identify prospects as well as targeted talent mapping efforts. This is a tight-knit industry; therefore, you understand the value of every interaction. As a steward of culture, you understand that courting and engaging candidates is important to building relationships and finding a good fit. We provide a strong support foundation and have a Lead  Talent Sourcer you will work closely with. 

You:

Have likely been in sourcing or recruiting for at least five (5) years, mostly in an engineering, IT or technical environment, and thrive in a technical world.

Can build strong internal relationships with our internal hiring managers.

Enjoy the challenge of turning over every rock to leverage LinkedIn, social media, network, cold-call, and ‘headhunt’ your way to filling critical roles for the business.

Have strong fundamental skills in Boolean search string development, are proficient in leveraging social media, and bring internet research skills you can leverage.

May have experience sourcing talent across multiple geographies and time zones.

Are innately curious, enjoy learning new things, and given your global reach, aren’t afraid to ask questions.

Are excited about having a direct impact on the business.
