Your Role
We are hiring a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team! A successful candidate will have extensive experience in full cycle recruitment within the life sciences industry and demonstrate effective leadership skills.
This is a hybrid position, with the ability to be on-site at the Pomona, CA office when needed. Some travel is required (including career events, networking events, conferences, etc.)

Estimated Annual Salary (dependent on experience) : $75,000 – $100,000

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study is preferred. 7-10 years of experience in account management and full-cycle recruitment, in the life science or pharmaceutical industry.
Advanced experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruit, and other related systems / platforms.
Strong understanding of the life science sector and related job functions. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience recruiting nationally and globally. Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment processes and teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position, with the ability to be on-site at the Pomona, CA office when needed.
