Production/Digital Label Press Operator

PRX Print, a busy and growing label manufacturer located in Mississauga, has an excellent opportunity for a production individual as a digital label press operator. This opportunity offers variety in that no two days are exactly the same, and an opportunity for an individual who is hands on with equipment to also tap into a creative spirit by using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for preparing files, colour matching and the opportunity for design work as required for clients.

You will work with our hands-on, high-performance production team in a fast paced, yet relaxing environment – with our prepress coordinator and other equipment operators as well as our customer service team for quality assurance on each job you produce.

If you have hands-on experience in production of digital print and/or labels, preferably on Primera/Mark Andy/Xeicon/HP equipment, a keen eye for colour and details, colour matching proficiency on Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, are quality conscious and a team player, then we urge you to apply for this amazing opportunity! Preference will be given to candidates who are recent graduates from an accredited graphic arts/design/printing degree program or have a minimum of two-years experience showing job stability and reliability.
