This requisition is for seven vacancies. Position is open to all Prudential office locations or current remote work arrangements. The posting will remain active until 8pm ET on Friday July 23rd.
We are seeking a Learning Facilitator, to be an innovative, collaborative team member in the enterprise learning & development (L&D) function that contributes to company performance by building business-critical capabilities, creating a talent pool of ready-now leaders, and driving employee engagement with workforce learning strategy and curricula that support career mobility and enterprise thinking. L&D is part of the HR Talent & Capability CoE which drives Prudential’s talent management efforts and this position will report directly to the Director of Learning Delivery . An ideal candidate for the L&D function is agile and intellectually curious, able to influence and provide thought leadership in their domain of expertise while effectively navigating ambiguity and driving business outcomes with a learner centric mindset. The individual must demonstrate business acumen and possess a passion about learning and enhancing learner engagement. Additionally, the ability to build outstanding and constructive working relationships with key stakeholders and foster an inclusive environment will be critical. All L&D team members will need to demonstrate these skills to ensure we collectively deliver optimal business value and customer impact.
Your Role
This position is responsible for delivering training to develop the skills and knowledge of newly hired employees to drive speed to proficiency and help associates reach their full potential. This human-centric training primarily includes delivery of the following: new hire, systems navigation, products/service-related modules, compliance/regulatory updates and general customer service. Target audiences are typically, but not exclusively, individual contributors. In addition, you will also be responsible for tracking and reporting in-progress and post-delivery analysis of learner performance which may result in enhancements and/or redesign of existing training materials.

* Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.
Salary range specific to Colorado: $70,600-$100,300+ discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
