Your team
You will be a leader within the Talent Acquisition Strategy team.
You’ll be a thought partner with Strategy leaders and accountable for evolving our operating model and technology stack, managing internal partnerships and vendor relationships, and delivering a best in class candidate experience.
We’ll provide you with opportunities to develop your skill set, stretch into new areas and work on transformational global initiatives.
Your role
You will be at the center of maintaining and evolving our new technology implementations, with a primary focus being the management of a new global recruiting platform. You will help evolve our technology stack by keeping a continuous pulse on Talent Acquisition trends and enabling technology, thinking outside the box and bringing forward creative solutions to challenges.
You will take action, deliver results and inspire your team to do the same. You are comfortable working in uncertainty, leading peers through agile initiatives and bringing stakeholders on the journey.
You will lead work in using data to drive performance including bringing forward data insights to shape our strategy, developing success metrics that measure our progress and creating actionable quality metrics that help us shape our candidate and hiring manager experience.
You’re a natural relationship builder. You build exceptional relationships with Talent Acquisition leadership, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders. You have a strong understanding of their needs and how Talent Acquisition can meet them.

* Note: Prudential is required by Colorado law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Colorado resident.
Salary range specific to Colorado: $70,600-$100,300 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
