PRP Diagnostic Imaging Hiring for Finance Analyst Job at Gosford Full Time

PRP Diagnostic Imaging is a large medical imaging company with over 900 employees and 26 practices throughout NSW. We are seeking an experienced Finance Analyst to cover a 9 month maternity leave position to support our busy Finance team in Gosford.

About the role

Working closely with our Finance Manager, with direct contact to the CFO, you will use your knowledge of management accounting and KPI reporting to support the business and provide insight through modelling and analysis. The role will be 4-5 days per week, flexible based on finding the right candidate for the position.

You will work within a dedicated team to support and improve information flow through to relevant stakeholders while maintaining our team’s high quality output across the fixed term.

The role requirements include the support of the following:

• Budgets and forecasting
• Financial modelling
• Month end reconciliation and reporting process
• Board reporting
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivables
• Payroll assistance
• Tax compliance including BAS, IAS, FBT and ITR
• Year end audit and financial reporting
• ASIC compliance
• Assisting management with ad hoc requests
• Supplementary duties as required

Skills and Experience

• Advanced Excel skills
• Discretion and accuracy
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work calmly to tight deadlines
• Work in a team and independently
• Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
• Experience with the following accounting packages also highly regarded:
  • Netsuite
  • NomosOne
  • QGenda
  • Adaptive
