About us

Proxops is a small business designed to provide cost effective IT Services and System Engineering capabilities. Our management team is well versed in government and commercial contracting, specifically NASA, Dod and aerospace corporations.

BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering technology or similar disciplines from an ABET accredited engineering school and at least 10 years of progressive and relevant experience.

· Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical controls systems is a plus

· Experience working with VersionOne or other agile software development tools is a plus

· In Depth Knowledge designing and developing test plans, processes, and procedures; functional and data requirements analysis; complex system analysis; and documentation preparation for complex systems

· Experience withrequirements development and verification procedures

· Work with existing team members; engineers and designers to develop design package

· Develop test and technical documentation using NASA standards and procedures Documentation includes but not limited to system requirements and specifications, test procedures/reports, non-conformances, among others

· Knowledge and experience troubleshooting electrical and control systems

· Knowledge in Allen Bradley PLC’s/RSlogix software platform is highly desired

· Knowledge in Factory Talk View SE/ME software platform is highly desired

· Ability to read Engineering schematics, drawings, and engineering specification is required

· Experience working with Jama tool-set is a plus

· Thorough Knowledge of KSC/NASA standards is highly desired

· Must have the ability to work with minimal supervision and only general guidance, and must be able to take ownership of a project and resolve issues

· Computer experience with Microsoft Office product

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
