Proximity Recruitment Hiring for CRM Manager at West Midlands (Region) Full Time

Proximity Recruitment are searching for a CRM Manager (circa £50,000 + benefits) to join a strong international B2C business in the West Midlands with CRM & data at the heart of their expanding operations across 3 brands.

The role can be 100% remote working or 1 day a week in the office.

Responsibilities include:

• Accountable for delivering the companies’ overall CRM strategy, across all three brands. With a particular focus on email, but also including SMS.
• Own the technical execution of the CRM platform, including overall accountability for the CRM system, tracking, ing and CRM database by troubleshooting and problem-solving issues.
• Work closely with the Head of Trading and Commercial & Trading Manager & their teams, who are responsible for sending our tactical campaigns, to ensure all of the CRM activity is optimal and timely and in line with company objectives and strategy.
• Work in collaboration with the Data Protection Officer and our IT Department to ensure that executionally they are fully compliant with regards to customer opt-outs & unsubscribe processes for email, SMS and mailing data.
• Ensure all CRM activity is undertaken observing the requirements of data protection legislation (GDPR).
• Work with the Head of Data to ensure the latest segmentation & data sources are used in CRM marketing activity; define new data requirements to deliver the CRM strategy.
• Implement a continuous test and learn approach to the CRM strategy to optimise the performance of campaigns including implementation.

The role is key to a major re-platforming CRM project, building a high-performing in-house CRM team and developing personalisation & tracking projects amongst others.
