At ProVision we support a member network of 450+ Independent Optometry Practices to delivery world class eye care across the nation. You will help them build successful teams within their practices and we have a great platform for you to build upon.

ABOUT YOU

What you will bring to the role:

• 
  Motivation and enthusiasm for helping small business owners with their recruitment processes with a can-do attitude
• 
  Care and understanding that the Member is independent and will have their own approach to recruitment
• Experience using an ATS (ideal), Seek Talent Pipeline and LinkedIn Recruiter (advantageous)
• Passion to seeking out the diamond in the rough and pairing them to a great employer
• Confidence and experience preparing job advertisements according to client requirements (whether they be internal or external clients), reviewing candidate profiling tools, shortlisting, conducting pre-screening interviews and making recommendations
• Ability to keep clients informed as to the ongoing status of their roles throughout the recruitment journey
• A service/client-first focus as we are a service business in a membership industry and efficiency to meet their needs
• Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and determine ways in which we can improve our service offering to clients (we recently developed a self-serve recruitment tool for clients and 2 x e-learning modules to support our independent practice owners with the process of conducting interviews with candidates in store)
• Experience using Microsoft Suite, MS Teams and SharePoint
