ProviDRs Care Hiring for Account Coordinator Full Time

Our company is looking for a bright, energetic, and ambitious Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you’ll be given real responsibilities to help our organization succeed and you’ll have ownership over your work. You’ll be required to manage incoming RFPs, coordinate with external parties, and solve customer problems. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a dedication to working hard and thinking creatively.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with brokers to understand their business objectives and recommend an appropriate solution to meet their business needs.
• Review prospect requirements / RFPs/RFIs, and other sales proposals and documents
• Maintain information in the company CRM and other systems
• Support sales opportunity owners and other team members as needed
• Track client accounts.
• Reconcile client accounts.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure that payments are on schedule.
• Research and maintain account records.
• Answer client questions regarding billing or account history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 – $42,000.00 per year
