Providence Life Services Hiring for Director of Sales, AL/MC/IL Full Time

Providence Life Services, offers a full range of services including retirement living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and more. Providence Life Services is seeking a Director of Sales, Full Time for Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living. This is a Corporate position overseeing the Sales of the Campuses.

The Director of Sales will oversee the development and follow through of marketing strategies which enhance the affiliation with Providence Life Services and will to Chief Operating Officer. This position is not remote and requires routine travel to Senior Living Communities.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

• Works with Managers and Corporate team to understand their needs and to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing efforts within Assisted Living/Memory Care/ Independent Living (AL/MC/IL).
• Creates monthly sales s and plans for changes needed to attain capacity in each program.
• Leads sales effort for all PLS Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care communities.
• Meet with Managers, Divisional Directors, and corporate team to regularly provide updates on the marketing and sales efforts and results for PLS.
• Reviews requirements of sales team job descriptions and assists Administrator in evaluating their performance.
• Contribute to regional sales and marketing action plans.
• Make written and oral s/recommendations to appropriate parties as requested.
• Represent the campuses at functions and in dealings with outside professionals – hospitals, physicians, other professionals.
• Gather and integrate industry information to submit goals of how the campuses should be directed and lead to accomplish the goals.
• Comply with all HIPPA regulations as it applies to our industry with special regards to client privacy.
• Director of Sales is aware of and supports the mission of the organization as shown by their actions while on duty.
• Attend and participate in workshops, seminars etc., to keep abreast of current changes in the long-term care field.
• Participates as requested in development of an annual operating budget for approval by the executive staff.
• Leads sales teams in developing annual Marketing Action Plans (MAP).
• Monitors the implementation of MAP and works with sales teams to adjust for needs of the campus
• Identifies risks and barriers to census development and sustainability with facility leadership and Operational oversight to respond promptly to deficits.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Three or more years of proven sales experience in senior living sales, preferably Lifecare sales.
• Must possess a thorough knowledge of effective communication, sales, education, and community relations as they relate to senior living.
• Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and experience using a CRM.
• Experience leading and motivating a sales team.
