Working Well is a programme commissioned by Essex County Council to support the mental health and wellbeing of organisations in Essex. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a passion for mental health and wellbeing to join our team.

This is an innovative role where the job holder will be required to develop a range of support, programmes and training that will contribute to building resilience and wellbeing into the workforce in Essex.

You will need to have demonstrable HR skills and experience and effective communication skills as you will be supporting a diverse range of organisations in Essex.
