Provide’s Workforce Solutions team are looking for admin support to fill available shifts on Monday, Tuesday and Fridays.
Workforce Solutions works within the central HR function to provide temporary staffing, shift booking and an integrated weekly payroll.
The successful candidate would support the above by completing the duties listed below
Duties will include-
- Assisting with payroll entry
- Admin support for recruitment checks
- Responding to general enquiries by email and phone
- Ordering of uniform and liaising with suppliers
- Maintaining electronic staff records
- Basic use of Microsoft packages
Provide have developed a Workforce Solutions team that aims to support the whole organisation in relation to staffing. Some of you will be familiar with the term ‘bank’, Workforce Solutions works on the same basis but offers greater flexibility.
