We are a team of professionals, supporting NDIS participants in maintaining their homes with General Domestic Housekeeping, Food Preparation, Laundry, and Deep Spring-Cleaning services. Our team of dedicated on field PAM’s provide quality service across all of Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
The finance officer will be responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date financial information about a business. To oversee the financial transactions of the company. We are hopeful this role will also be able to manage PAMs social media platforms.
About the position:
Provide Another Mother is seeking a motivated individual to join our busy head office, located in the heart of Cleveland.
Flexible workdays Monday to Friday, 15 hours per week.
The right candidate will possess attributes needed for successful running of finance operations and general in office administration tasks including managing our social media pages. This position would suit a well organised, task driven individual who is looking for a friendly office environment to utilise their skills.
· Do you have experience in bookkeeping and accounts?
· Are you able to multitask and prioritise work to meet deadlines?
· Are you able to work autonomously as well as part of a team?
· Do you have knowledge and experience working in Xero, Microsoft, email, and social media platforms?
