Provectus Management Hiring for Marketing Coordinator Full Time

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious candidate to fill an open role in our operations team. The marketing coordinator’s responsibilities include helping our organization run smoothly and ensuring that deadlines, plans for projects or any tasks related to marketing get accomplished in a timely manner with no issues.

The marketing coordinator needs to be reliable, organized and have great communication skills. You will be responsible for the creation of Provectus Management digital assets, the management of the company’s social medias / Google SEOs / website and will assist the operations department with marketing related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with the operations department for the execution of marketing projects.
• Build and maintain the social media presence of Provectus Management and the companies we manage.
• Help create and maintain a consistent company brand between Provectus Management and the companies we manage.
• Create marketing presentations.
• Create and maintain digital assets and digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist assembling project proposals.
• Maintain the Sterling Vision website.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Sound understanding of marketing principles.
• Experience working with close-knit teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any other related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Graphic design and layout skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
• Great interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with work colleagues and vendors.
• Effective communication skills including speaking, writing and active listening.
• The ability to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from a variety of channels.
• Willingness to learn and hone skills that are pertinent to the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16 per hour with pay increase available after a three-month performance evaluation. Yearly performance raises and merit-based bonuses also available.
