Well, here’s your chance! We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team at our newest center in Tahlequah, OK!

As the Recruiting Coordinator, your daily responsibilities will involve:

• Successfully sourcing and identifying talent for entry-level and experienced hire positions
• Support the recruitment process to evaluate candidate profiles using a variety of sourcing methods to identify talent, including (but not limited to): Social Media Platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.; Job Postings and In-bound applications; Targeted Outreach; Networking Events & Job Fairs
• Interview prospective candidates and coordinating next steps with appropriate hiring manager(s)
• Following up with candidates to ensure they are always up to date on the current status of their candidacy
• Clearly documenting and tracking recruiting activity and utilizing internal ATS and various internal applications
• Building a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings and upcoming positions and training bootcamps
• Build a community events/networking plan to build relationships and company brand within the local region

As the Recruiting Coordinator, your background should include:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
• Previous recruiting experience, client-facing, or “high touch” customer facing experience highly recommended
• Outgoing and energetic personality – You must be a true “People Person” and be excited about community outreach – this role will be the face of our office in Manning and the surrounding areas!
• Knowledge of various recruiting sources and methods a plus
• Familiarity with relevant employment regulations and laws a plus
• History of professionalism, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a true sense of urgency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
