We are actively seeking an experienced Workforce Development Director to join our growing organization and help further our mission.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Workforce Development Director to lead our recruitment efforts and attract top talent to our organization.

The successful and proven candidate will be responsible for developing community partnerships and expanding the Provalus brand as well as implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the talent acquisition teams in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent across all levels and functions within the organization.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Executive Leadership to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment and selection.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including workforce development agencies, universities, and professional organizations
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
• Manage the recruitment budget and ensure efficient use of resources to achieve recruitment goals.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to members of the talent acquisition team.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in workforce development or talent acquisition, with a focus on Technology Services or Support Services.
• Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment efforts for a large organization, including executive-level positions.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment law compliance.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Experience managing a team of recruiters and other talent acquisition professionals.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology tools.
• Open to traveling to or relocating to our delivery centers; Brewton AL, Jasper TX, Manning SC, Tahlequah OK or Whiteville NC.
