TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator, will be reporting to the Branch Manager. You will be responsible for but not limited to: full cycle recruitment and customer service. Promoting the organization’s image as a desirable place to work. Attracting, recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates. Recommending placement of internal and external candidates for entry-level and experienced positions, and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
The ideal candidate will be an influencer, a team player, approachable, bilingual (asset), service oriented, highly engaged strategic thinker, driven by process and metrics.
Responsibilities:
· Assists in the development of recruitment plans to meet business needs in partnership with Hiring Managers.
· Executes the recruitment process including posting, attracting, sourcing, screening and selecting high quality applicants.
· Assists in building and maintaining a network of contacts to ensure a pipeline of talent is readily available to meet business needs.
· Assists in the execution of comprehensive recruitment marketing plans (including a social media platform) to source qualified candidates.
· Assists in the completion of monthly KPI Reporting and other ad hoc analysis as required
· Assists with developing relationship and the planning and execution of key career awareness events and opportunities including student recruitment, career fairs and post-secondary partnerships
· Assist in managing and handling Customer orders, disputes, and escalations to ensure an overall positive customer experience
· Check ins with customers via phone or email and logging all customer interactions into Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Educational Requirements:
Experience Requirements:
· 2+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in full cycle recruiting
· 2+ years of high-volume customer service, preferably in a service environment
· Prefer Staffing/Agency Background
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
