Protocol Hiring for Finance Assistant Job at London, England Full Time

Protocol is delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Assistant on a full-time permanent contract in the London Area

The role will require an Enhanced DBS processing.

MAIN DUTIES

• Record cash received and prepare for banking. Ensure money is banked promptly. Reconcile banking with returns received from fee counters and other departments/sites.
• Post receipts to finance system. Reconcile bank accounts to accounting records.
• Process refunds, DD rejections and reconcile the student payments account
• To record all student payments and reconcile and analysis of tills.
• To assist with the accurate and timely reconciliation of the College bank accounts.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience within a finance discipline
• Recent experience of working in a financial environment

• Experience of handling cash, cheques and credit card payment
