Protime Sports is looking to hire a full-time entry level accounting clerk. Primary responsibilities include using various software tools including Quickbooks to enter purchase orders, payables, some receivable work, ordering from both domestic and offshore suppliers, assembling payroll hours and generating reports, as well as assisting senior management with other various projects. We are completely ready to teach and train a dependable and enthusiastic candidate with a background in bookkeeping in areas where they have no experience.

Required Qualifications/Skills

· Detail-oriented, organized, consistent, and dependable.

· Analytical / data-driven mindset; good with numbers and spreadsheets

· Obsessive focus on timelines and deliverables.

· Enthusiastic about learning new skills and software systems

· Optimistic and upbeat

· Comfortable working sometimes solo, interacting with other team members.

The Ideal Candidate Might Also Have:

· Experience with Quickbooks

· Bookkeeping / payables/ receivables/ purchase orders

· Experience or interest in the sportswear industry

· Experience with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Strong spreadsheet skills

· 3-4 years of proven experience

· Self-Starter comfortable working independently

· Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills

Compensation

· $45,000 to $50,000 depending on experience
