Proterial Cable America Hiring for Coordinator, Marketing Full Time

Job Overview:

This role will ultimately be responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels to include PCA website, social media and PCA partners websites and manager both PCA’s CRM and CMS. This role will also support any internal marketing needs such as tradeshow coordination and internal marketing.

• Build and track benchmarks for measuring content marketing success and ROI
• Prepare target audiences for social media ad campaigns
• Execute organic and paid traffic strategies and campaigns that generate leads
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends and to improve relevancy of created content
• Create and update marketing collateral
• Assist in taking photos and managing image files
• Support the Marketing Manager in establishing and evaluating a market strategy and plan by assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning promotional presentations
• Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use
• Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
• Maintain internal and external branding and presence on our website and social media outlets.
• Maintain an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
• Assist in creating and scheduling approved posts
• Work with Marketing Manager to monitor channel activity, promote special events, and implement strategies to grow followers and improve engagement

Core Competencies

• Strong technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly Photoshop & Illustrator
• Rush experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office software – particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Social Media planning: Scheduling posts
• Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
• Advanced communication skills.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position is not responsible for the oversight or performance management of other employees.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt position.

Travel

Travel is primarily limited to Northeast jobsite locations.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with concentration in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of marketing experience required
