Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity

Our client is a highly-respected multi-state Law Firm with offices in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Georgia, and Virginia. The Firm has a new opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition leader to take their people team to new levels! The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of talent acquisition, development, and retention experience.

Specific experience with launching or leading a successful diversity strategy is highly desirable.

Scope of Role

• Lead the talent acquisition team in developing creative and resourceful strategies for sourcing high-potential talent
• Develop continuous forecasts of firm-wide staffing needs
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with practice leaders and department heads to understand their management style, personnel needs, and ideal candidate qualifications
• Ensure the proper on-boarding of new talent
• Provide continuous guidance on compensation and benefit matters

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field of study
• Minimum of eight years of progressive Talent Management experience, preferably in knowledge-worker environments
• Proactive leader of high-performing people and teams
• Strong proficiency with technology (Microsoft Office, HRIS, ATS, performance management)
• Professional services industry experience is a strong plus
