The Payroll Associate Analyst is responsible for garnishment processes for both United States and Canada, execution of payroll processes within the HCM/Oracle Cloud payroll system, data integrity in Kronos Workforce Dimensions, providing assistance to the Payroll Auditors and leadership team. A good candidate would have good attention to detail.

• Hybrid model 3 days onsite and 2 days remote
• No payroll experience needed
• No garnish experience needed

**No payroll or wage garnishment experience is actually required. Candidate can have customer service and Administrative experience or possibly some HR or some payroll, light admin, light invoicing.

• 1-3 years experience in retail or direct-to-consumer preferred – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities and timelines – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines – Excellent planning, documentation and collaboration skills – Curious and analytical thinker with ability to identify and proactively solve problems – Strong work ethic, self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude – Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail – Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
