ProTeam Solutions Inc Hiring for Digital Traffic Coordinator at Reynoldsburg, OH Full Time

The Traffic Specialist role is responsible for overseeing marketing projects from brief to delivery. Drive processes for the team, supporting a culture of excellence. Additionally, this role is responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and alignment, and working with internal team members to ensure optimized team quality and efficiency.

Specifically, this position will:

• Manage day-to-day timelines and deliverables for Omni Marketing projects
• Manage multiple calendars and timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient project completion
• Create, capture, and publish clear agendas and recaps as assigned
• Track and document action items for accurate deliverables
• Refine, improve, and scale marketing processes to enhance speed and quality of delivery, standardizing processes for cross-discipline and cross-functional collaboration
• Coordinate and help maintain Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans to ensure organizational awareness and alignment
• Lead consistent touchpoints with teams to provide project updates, collect feedback, deliver & review assets
• Regularly attend and participate in process meetings
• Leverage on-going learnings to evolve process efficiency for Marketing and Cross-Functional partners
• Collaborate with Marketing partners to prioritize work, manage key projects and resolve timing or workload concerns
• Support department leadership with special projects as required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Digital marketing: 1 year (Required)
• Project coordination: 1 year (Required)
• Omni channel marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
