If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a friendly and proactive Bilingual Logistics Coordinator to join our client in Cranbury, New Jersey.

Direct Hire

Pay Rate : DoE

Schedule : 8 am – 4 : 30 pm

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shipments between suppliers, carriers, and customers
• Plan and optimize routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
• Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory management
• Communicate and provide updates to customers regarding shipment status
• Resolve any transportation issues or delays that may arise
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records of all logistic activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven work experience in logistics or related field
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics
