Prospero Teaching Hiring for SEN Teaching Assistant – Huddersfield at Huddersfield Full Time

Do you have experience in Primary Education/SEN? Are you actively looking for work? Prospero Teaching are recruiting an SEN(Special Educational Needs) Teaching Assistant to work in a fantastic school in Huddersfield.

The role is to start ASAP.

For this role you must:

Have a strong academic background (degree or similar)
Have worked with pupils before in a support/on a 1-2-1 basis
Be able to work full-time school hours term time only Mon to Friday 8.30-3:30pm from ASAP

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Strong experience with SEN/SEMH in or out of Education sector
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as Safeguarding training is provided)

Location – Huddersfield
Position – SEN Teaching Assistant – Ideally TeamTeach trained
Start date – ASAP
Duration / Likely Duration – Ongoing
Full time/part-time – Full Time
Hours – 08:30 – 3:30
The minimum rate of pay – Minimum rate £70 per day.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional references
Team Teach trained
