Prosperity Workforce Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Recruiter to support our recruiting activities within the Healthcare and Mental Health sector.

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in driving our recruitment strategy by attracting, evaluating, and engaging talent. With your expertise in innovative and proactive approaches, you’ll oversee the full cycle recruitment process and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct intake meetings with Workforce Solutions Advisors to agree on qualification criteria for candidates
• Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn or Indeed)
• Network with candidates offline during job fairs
• Screen resumes and job applications
• Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
• Update Workforce Solutions Advisors on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates)
• Prepare candidates before interviews with clients
• Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
• Keep detailed records of past applicants’ information, including resumes, assignments, and interview evaluations

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• At least three years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically in Healthcare & Mental Health
• Proficiency using applicant tracking systems
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
