Our client is now recruiting for two Education Programme Development Leads, to identify, develop and support with a range of schools-based pilot projects, aimed to support teachers and senior leaders with evidence-based resources designed to improve practice and boost learning.
As Education Programme Development Lead you will focus on leading the day to day design and set up of early pipeline development projects across a range of research schools. You will support with the recruitment and engagement of research schools with initial feasibility testing, and will provide advice, support and ongoing relationship management to school teams in the design of intervention/implementation packages and feedback cycles. To apply for this role, you will be an experienced project manager, with an in-depth understanding of the education landscape and the school system. You will be skilled at designing and implementing a range of education-related projects for evaluative purposes, and will have the ability to articulate the role of evidence in driving improvements in pupil attainment.
In order to apply please submit your CV (Word format). Suitable candidates will then be contacted and will be asked to complete a supporting statement (cover letters are not required at this stage). The way these roles are funded means the schools which will be involved in the early stage feasibility testing will be primarily located across: North, East Midlands and Humber; and West Midlands. The role will be a blend of home-based and office-based (London) working but may require travel to selected schools across the above regions.
Please note this is initially a fixed term contract until August 2023
