Youth, Education and Skills Work Experience Coach
£22, 000 – £26,000 Dependant On Experience

The successful candidates focus will be identifying and sourcing appropriate work experience placements and new business opportunities by building relationships with local employers to ensure we provide career opportunities for learners to progress into.

Essential:

You will have:

• Previous experience of securing and monitoring work experience placements
• Demonstrable experience of working successfully with employers
• Proven client development sales experience within the employer market place ranging from SME and Blue-chip organisations. Proven ability to deliver bespoke presentations and pitches
• Demonstrable track record, drive and proven experience to achieve or exceed results within a quality framework against targets
• Demonstrable experience of sharing, presenting and cascading knowledge on a regular basis to a range of audiences in a variety of formats
