An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Talent Resourcer to join our Talent Team, based anywhere in the UK as we are happy for this role to be home- based.

What You will Do

• Search for talent utilising a range of sourcing methods, including but not limited to

Our ATS
External Databases
Advertising
Linkedin
Other external sources such as Github, Stack Overflow etc

• Manage our social media channels from a talent acquisition perspective
• Conducting initial fact finding conversations with candidates
• Work on developing a pipeline of candidates within key target areas
• Developing understanding of new and emerging technologies
• Ensuring that the candidate experience is always exemplary, helping the wider team with ensuring that systems and processes are put in place that are fit for purpose

In short , this role is designed to help a busy team become more effective and to be able to more quickly and efficiently respond to the fast moving needs of our business by developing a forward thinking resourcing strategy that is proactive and future focused.

What you’ll bring

• Experience working in a fast paced environment, with a large volume of vacancies either within an agency or high volume in-house role. This would suit either a resourcer, or an IT recruiter who enjoys the candidate work but not business development
• Experience resourcing for technical roles , ideally within technology
• You will be tenacious and creative in your techniques, always looking for new ways to attract and find great talent
• Detail orientated and organised, with the ability to build and maintain complex candidate pipelines
• Experience with database management within a talent setting, ideally utilising an ATS
• Great communication skills, with the ability to articulate why Prosource.it is an employer of choice
• You will be passionate about ensuring that candidates have a great experience with ourselves, and will put great candidate satisfaction at the heart of what we do
