Prosol inc Hiring for Front Counter/Customer Service at Hamilton, ON Full Time

We are a national wholesale flooring solutions provider seeking an inspired, reliable individuals who are looking for an opportunity to grow with us.

We are a fast-paced business with a very dynamic product range.

Duties:

• Assist staff and customers as needed with product knowledge.
• Answer telephones when needed.
• Process customer orders received by telephone, email or fax.
• Assist with purchasing/transfers to maintain enough stock to meet our customers requests.
• Provide guidance to our customer on selecting the best products to meet their requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training of new vendor products.

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills.
• Fast learner.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to multi-task.
• Customer service experience.(Minimum of 1 years) focused on customer service within a fast-paced environment·
• A positive, friendly and outgoing personality
• Work with a team to meet a common outcome.
• Must speak fluent English

• Shift Hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
