JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Finance Coordinator Department: Finance
Reports To: Finance Manager FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary Overview: The Finance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day to day needs of the organization and the finance department.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required. Minimum 1-year payroll department experience preferred.
Cognitive/Reasoning: Ability to gather and interpret data and find solutions to problems. Ability to adapt and thrive in a growing and changing environment; Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage workload, and meet deadlines required.
Technical/Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); must be able to type 45 WPM.
