The talent acquisition manager is responsible for driving and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in our key, client-facing teams (e.g. UX/UI, CX, Strategy, Design, Digital, Production).
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute hiring for roles at the delivery and manager levels (associate, senior associate and engagement manager) – source strong talent, screen candidate CVs, coordinate interviews and lead debriefs
Manage the offer process and ensure a smooth transition from the recruitment stage to onboarding
Provide advice and guidance to hiring managers at each stage of the recruitment process, to ensure a positive hiring experience for all parties involved
Focus on quality, not quantity
With diversity and inclusion being at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, work with the People Team to build diverse talent pipelines
Participate in ad-hoc recruiting needs across all levels and capabilities
Work with the Recruiting Team to develop recruiting collateral, evaluation tools, etc.
Requirements:
Solid experience as a seasoned recruiter, ideally with previous experience in/for a professional services firm (diversity recruiting experience a plus)
Ability to leverage multiple sources to recruit top talent
Proficient in managing high-volume recruitment activities within a growing organisation
Proven track record using innovative research and sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and ‘hard to fill’ roles
Ability to handle personal and confidential information appropriately
Outstanding written, verbal and organisational skills
Computer expertise including MS Office – especially Word Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment with limited supervision
