Administrative Assistant for Real Estate Services Company
We are an established real estate services company seeking a full-time administrative assistant with light reception duties to join our team. As you are the face and voice of the company to clients and customers, we are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, and composed.
This position is full-time, 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday and is located in the Financial District of San Francisco near the Montgomery BART and Muni station.
Responsibilities include:
-Answering the multi-line phone system, screening and routing calls, taking messages as needed, and assisting callers
-Greeting and assisting office visitors – Handling customer service requests (work orders, repair requests, etc.)
-Assisting with correspondence and mailings (proof reading, assembling packets to be mailed, etc.)
-Scanning, uploading, and inputting information and documents to internal computer system and software programs (MS Excel, Outlook, Yardi, HomeWise Docs etc.)
-Communicating with clients, customers, and vendors via phone, email, and written correspondence
-Supporting company staff and executives as needed
-Maintaining organization of office space and office supplies
-Other duties, as assigned, subject to change
Requirements include:
-Thorough computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Yardi experience a plus)
-Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
-The desire and ability to provide a high level of customer service, and work as a team player with colleagues, clients, and customers
-Punctuality, reliability, and organization skills
-Previous office work experience preferred
