Graduate Opportunities – Who are we looking for?

You will have strong communication and collaborative skills, which you will use to foster relationships and engage with teams to resolve challenges. Your ability to listen to and clearly articulate business needs, as well as being able to break down and explain highly technical concepts to non-technical people will set you up for success in this program.

Technology Graduate Program*

As part of our 18-month rotational graduate program you’ll work in agile teams and gain experience in all aspects of our technology business. The graduate program is designed to mentor, coach and develop your career in software development, data and/or engineering. You’ll gain exposure to regular deployment cycles for technology solutions and can engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to translate technical requirements to non-technical people and vice versa. Graduates will also be encouraged to complete one rotation in one of our Corporate Services functions to ensure a holistic development approach.

You will have completed a certificate, degree, or major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Information Management, Information Systems, or Data Engineering.

Applications for our 2023 Graduate Program will open in mid-July 2022. Before applying for the program, please ensure you meet our eligibility requirements:

• Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident
• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the last three years prior to the program start date of February 2023 (2020, 2021, or 2022)
• Have completed a relevant degree, discipline or major
• Be able to attend key assessment days virtually, in September
• Be available and eligible to commence the role in February 2023
