Your Growth: Throughout your 18-month graduate program you’ll have your own planned development journey supported by mentors and a personal buddy, with the option of further development through courses and tools.

Graduate Opportunities – Who are we looking for?
Your drive to create lasting, positive outcomes for our customers and within our business is fundamental to your role at PEXA. You will bring a passionate, enthusiastic and thoughtful approach to your work. Your ability to collaborate with compassion, be open-minded about resolving challenges and share your ideas will be greatly valued.
You will have strong communication and collaborative skills, which you will use to foster relationships and engage with teams to resolve challenges. Your ability to listen to and clearly articulate business needs, as well as being able to break down and explain highly technical concepts to non-technical people will set you up for success in this program.
Most significantly, you understand that our customers are at the heart of our business and ensuring a positive, collaborative relationship that drives excellent customer experiences, is integral to our longevity as a business.

Technology Graduate Program*
As part of our 18-month rotational graduate program you’ll work in agile teams and gain experience in all aspects of our technology business. The graduate program is designed to mentor, coach and develop your career in software development, data and/or engineering. You’ll gain exposure to regular deployment cycles for technology solutions and can engage with multiple stakeholders across the business to translate technical requirements to non-technical people and vice versa. Graduates will also be encouraged to complete one rotation in one of our Corporate Services functions to ensure a holistic development approach.
You will have completed a certificate, degree, or major in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Information Management, Information Systems, or Data Engineering.
