Responsibilities:
– Operate front end loader to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
– Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely snow removal
– Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as necessary – Inspect and maintain snow plow equipment to ensure proper functioning – Use smartphone application to fill out site logs – On Call 24/7 for snow events with 8-12 hours notice

Skills:
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
– Experience operating loader / clearing snow
– Knowledge of snow removal techniques and safety procedures
– Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Physical stamina to perform long shifts as needed

Salary: $33.00-$38.00 per hour
