Full Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionistto manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Availability to work a variable work schedule.

Salary:
$18.50 – $29.00 per hour
