Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment determine qualifications, experiences, and skills as well as candidate needs.
• Review prospective healthcare candidate resume and credentials.
• Establish salary requirements, availability, and motivations.
• Present qualified candidates to respective account managers.
• Coordinate interview process between candidates and external hiring official as required.
• Conduct interview follow-up communication with candidate and hiring official.
• Facilitate job offer process and prepare job offer letters as required.
• Upload all candidate documents, including applications and credentials to the ATS system.

Requirements:

• At least one year of agency recruiting/sales experience
• Working experience with various social media platforms, online job boards, and other e-recruiting tools a plus.
• Desire to exceed goals
