Organizational Talent and Development Coordinator – Atlanta, GA

We are searching for a Organizational Talent and Development Coordinator who will function in a dual role as part of the Global Talent Management & Organizational Development team providing both project support as well as Executive support for the department head. This person will exhibit strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills and must be confident in their ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. Attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs are key. This person will be expected to apply common sense and execute tasks with minimal direction.

This highly visible, global role will work step in step with the Department Head and two OTD (Organizational Talent Development) managers on ensuring flawless communication and execution of all Talent Management & Organization Learning solutions and background processes.

What’s needed in order to do that:

Team Coordination

• Coordinate and manage logistics for OTD events and solutions e.g., Engagement Survey, Annual Review, Performance Management, Leadership Curriculum, New Employee Onboarding, Design Workshops etc.
• Update/manage courses and participant data in Workday, generate Workday s
• Manage and maintain industry-relevant publication subscriptions and contracts for department
• Coordinate onboarding and internal communications in support of the team
• Manage current and future suppliers/vendors -contract coordination, system input, renewals of SOWs and PO’s
• Monitor and oversee team agenda and travel calendar. Participate in team meetings

Executive Support

• Plan, organize and manage calendar for department head, including resolving any overlapping commitments and protecting time for priorities
• Coordinate travel arrangements and necessary documentation for department head, reconcile expense s
• Develop, collect, and prepare information used for presentations/meetings for department head

• Must have at least 3 years of professional experience in an administrative-facing role, HR administration or coordination experience is a plus.
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Highly skilled in MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, experience using ATS & HRIS, and financial systems a plus!
• Meticulous with documentation and using technology to streamline processes.
• Sophisticated interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills (must be able to exercise confidentiality when needed) – articulate with a high level of business insight and EQ; able to influence and engage with entry-to-senior-level employees in a polished and professional manner.
• Experience in managing multiple projects & priorities; able to navigate through ambiguity and adapting to changing needs.
• Ready to collaborate and bring ideas to the attention of the whole team, yet confident when working autonomously.
• Self-starter with willingness to learn and grow
• Bachelor’s-level degree is a plus, but not required.
