Customer Service Representative, 11am – 7 pm shift

Join our growing team of professional customer centric Customer Service Representatives who provide full cycle customer service to healthcare professionals.

Major Responsibilities:

• Answering the telephone and assisting reps/clients
• Responding to inquiries and helping reps/clients with resolution (telephonic and email)
• Processing of sales orders and payments
• Opening and maintaining customer accounts
• Creation and documentation of Returned Merchandise Authorization
• Assisting the sales team with daily reports, inventory/materials
• Providing administrative support where needed

Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in customer service or office administration
• Minimum high school diploma
• Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Excellent communication skills, speaking reading and writing in English
• Experience with inventory control software
• Comfortable communicating with physicians over the phone
• Able to liaise with the sales, marketing, shipping QA and QC departments
• Willingness to learn about all Prollenium existing and upcoming products
• Must have full time availability Monday-Friday hours: 11 am to 7 pm
• Bilingual, English/French as asset, but not required

Pay Rate: $18/hr plus afternoon shift premium
