The role day-to-day:
Provide primary coverage for the front desk alongside your teammates.
Maintaining great customer relationships by handling questions, concerns and emergencies with speed and professionalism.
Assist the property managers, working towards the common goal of providing the best possible care for our clients.
Manage checklists, processes, databases, spreadsheets, and websites.
This position requires travel between two offices (Uptown area and Westshore)
For those interested, this position offers the opportunity to train for and grow into our Property Manager Trainee position.
Experience & Qualifications:
Experience in the customer service field including call centers, collections, hospitality, restaurant and retail industries is considered an asset.
Ability to handle multiple things going on at once including multitasking, meeting deadlines, and maintaining clear communication with the team and clients.
Experience in an administration or service-based role is considered an asset.
Clean criminal record check.
Position Details:
Full-time position.
$40,000-$45,000 annually to start and two weeks paid vacation.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
