Position Description:
Candidate will provide Scrum Master support for Development Security project
Candidate will perform daily scrum duties for 10 to 15 person team
Candidate will create scrum reports, hold daily stand-up meetings, support scheduling, maintain a project roadmap, hold retrospective and sprint kickoff meetings
Candidate will train new members on Agile Scrum and utilize the tools to support the project such as Jira and Confluence
Candidate will need to be proficient in collaboration and communication
Skills (Desired and/or Required):
Experience with or strong understanding of Agile methodology including Scrum or Kanban
Experience working with scrum tools, such as Jira and Confluence
Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Skype, Teams and Zoom
Experience with Microsoft office tools such as Project, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Education:
Training in Scrum tools or technologies
Clearance Requirement:
Department of Defense Interim Secret
